Description
Activision Blizzard is looking for a new player in our Executive Practice organization who will lead an exceptional onboarding and integration experience for new Executive hires across the globe. This role will be responsible for managing and leading all Executive onboarding plans. This includes working with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Executive Practice to gather and collate the required information, and create a thoughtful onboarding plan. This role will ensure a white glove onboarding experience for our internal and external stakeholders. This role also requires collaboration with Global Mobility when necessary, HR Operations, and IT. The successful candidate must have a high attention to detail, be proactive, adaptable, have follow-through, and be engaging with all key partners. This role will also partner with Onboarding Specialists in the broader Talent Acquisition Operations team to create a thoughtful and strategic company-wide onboarding program. Responsibilities
- Build, launch, operationalize and continuously improve a thoughtful and engaging onboarding and integration program for Executive New Hires.
- Partner and collaborate with the Hiring Manager and HRBP to collect all the necessary information their new hire will need to get acclimated to their new role.
- Construct customized onboarding packages that help navigate the People organization that provides key information about the company, organizational structure, our different brands, franchises and studios, and a schedule of key partners they will meet during their first few weeks.
- Coordinate with our internal partners to ensure all Executive hires have all the tools, technology, access, and knowledge they will need to quickly become productive and successful.
- Lead the coordination and management of the compliance and correspondence of Executive Hires, including Welcome Emails and swag.
- Partner effectively with key New Employee Orientation stakeholders.
- Respond to internal or external onboarding-related inquiries.
- Perform onboarding-related projects, research, and deliverables as needed to support the Global Onboarding Team.
- Measure the success of the Executive onboarding program by collaborating with People Analytics.
- Serve as a resource to Executive Practice, Hiring Managers and HRBPs on various onboarding issues.
- Identify and collaborate on talent acquisition and hiring process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with other Talent Acquisition duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3 or more years of Onboarding, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operations, or related fields within HR
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with G-Suite, SharePoint, Workday, Workday Recruit, ServiceNow, and/or Eightfold
- Ability to quickly form relationships across departments and work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable learning technology and on-demand learning to enhance, support and track the onboarding experience.
- Experience collaborating across an organization with the tact and diplomacy to influence partners to achieve results.
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity whilst being proactive to achieve clarity.
- Ability to thrive and be flexible in a fast paced ever changing environment
