Manager, Executive Compensation
We are looking for an accomplished Executive Compensation Manager to join the compensation team at EA. Reporting to our Director of Executive Compensation, you will assist with programs across all of executive compensation, leading some of them yourself. You are experienced in managing compensation programs and affecting internal client relationships. Applying data, you'll provide recommendations on executive role assessments and pay proposals. You will design and implement compensation strategies and programs consistent with EA's business and talent strategies. You'll work with consultants, vendors, and EA team members to ensure program delivery. Monitoring legal and regulatory changes, you'll ensure we are not just compliant, but ahead of the curve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate potential executive positions and develop compensation recommendations.
- Research the practices of comparable organizations and benchmarking EA's programs and pay against them.
- Manage our global Long-Term Incentive Program.
- Support the development and coordination of Compensation Committee materials.
- Help draft the CD&A section of the Proxy statement for shareholders, including accumulation of data and preparation of tables used in the proxy.
- Help complete the relevant investor documents, footnote disclosures and other ad-hoc reporting and disclosure requirements.
- Support the design, administration and communications of our annual incentive plan and long-term performance plan for executives.
- Ensure compliance with Global Regulatory bodies and internal policies.
- Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses and research projects.
Your skills:
- Expert in data analytics and modeling with using Excel (can perform complex functions and scenario modeling) and other tools.
- Consulting skillset and approach.
- Detail-oriented, and committed to quality and accuracy.
- Equity compensation methodology and modeling.
- Understanding of financial and business concepts relating to executive compensation.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment as it relates to executive compensation, including the latest legislation is preferred.
Your education and experience:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years related experience which includes at least three years in compensation.
