Who we’re looking for:

An ambitious, professional, self-driven individual is sought to provide onsite executive support to a C-level executive team member. This presents an amazing opportunity to join a positive, collaborative work culture and contribute to the company's growth.

The ideal candidate for this role will excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and organization. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, handling extensive administrative tasks, and playing a key role in enhancing the executive's productivity. What you'll do:

• Oversee high-volume executive support, acting as an adept gatekeeper and ensuring the executive’s time is aligned with priorities.
• Manage email by filtering, prioritizing, and responding as appropriate.
• Represent the executive and the business with internal and external contacts.
• Organize events/engagements and flawlessly coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Address impromptu tasks and personal items as required, adapting to quick-changing scheduling and last-minute requests.
• Influence decisions through synthesizing multiple options and presenting recommendations, including data and cost-benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline processes and develop cross-functional relationships between departments.
• Proactively address issues, think outside the box, and independently figure out how things work.

Your Skillz:

• Minimum 5+ years work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant for a C-level or similar.
• Function as right-hand of executive; provide directional feedback on behalf of
• Flawless white-glove coordination of complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Ability to handle highly private/confidential information with excellent judgment and discretion.
• Pristine verbal and written communication skills; ability to construct clean, concise communications for executive-level viewership.
• Proficiency with Mac and Google suite of business programs, especially Google calendar, mail, drive, docs, and sheets. Experience with Concur is a plus.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work independently or partner with a variety of teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with the ability to convey correct information regarding operations, policies, practices, etc., quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in a start-up environment, rapid growth, or tech is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, resilience, adaptability, trustworthiness, and a passion for Skillz, esports, and/or gaming.
