Events Intern

Rooster Teeth is looking for an Events Intern to assist with the logistics, planning, and execution of our upcoming RTX at Home event. The Events Team works closely with marketing, sales and ecommerce to create the best possible experiences for our attendees. Our ideal candidate is driven, collaborative, creative, and has a great eye for detail.
*In this climate of constant change, candidates must be able to work and telecommunicate from home, as well as be able to work onsite if/when that becomes an option.*
CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN COLLEGE - APPLICANTS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the events team in planning and executing our virtual event
- Scheduling meetings, as well as taking meeting minutes
- Researching and executing special projects as assigned
Daily tasks will include
- Tracking weekly RSVPs and updating relevant evening and ancillary events
- Assisting with logistical planning and execution of the virtual event
- Preparing internal decks and presentations as needed
- Assisting in the maintenance and production of support materials such as photos and social posts
- Assisting the events team with daily needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Entering or in the process of completing Junior or Senior level college courses
- Have completed at least one relevant internship
- Must be extremely detail oriented, task-driven, and able to complete work on time and with urgency in a more casual environment
- Have a sense of humor and be okay with Rooter Teeth content
- Must be passionately dedicated to doing the best possible job for Rooster Teeth in this position
