SUPERVISES: This position does not have any direct reports

JOB PURPOSE

In the position of Event Coordinator, you will plan, negotiate, manage, execute and track results for all digital, physical and hybrid events that Xsolla attends or hosts. These events take place worldwide so travel will be required.

You will engage with and develop a positive working partnership with agencies, vendors, and event organizations to put on the highest quality experiences that connect Xsolla with current and prospective developer and publisher client partners. When working on the Marketing, Business Development and Executive Leadership team, you will help create detailed plans, listen and accept feedback from multiple stakeholders, collaborate seamlessly, and will share innovative new ideas. As an individual, you are accountable, trustworthy, and proactive.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day planning, execution and delivery of corporate B2B event initiatives for Xsolla
  • Be the central point of contact internally and with external partners and vendors for all event projects and related programs
  • Develop KPIs, manage event budgets, and create wrap up reports to Marketing leads
  • Build a comprehensive annual end-to-end strategies and plans with the marketing leads for in person and online digital events that will communicate and amplify our brand while delivering high quality leads for Xsolla in each geography
  • Facilitate scaling the Xsolla brand and company awareness through various digital, in person, and hybrid events
  • Work with the Marketing (brand, PR and strategy), Product, and Solution teams to demonstrate and promote our products and solutions in intelligent and innovative ways
  • Ensure brand integration and consistency across all event platforms and activations including but not limited to booth design, collateral distribution, video content creation and integration of speaking engagements at such events
  • Create opportunities to gather, capture and validate new business leads through each event activation
  • Deliver upon all aspects of event activations between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
  • Work with local teams from each of our offices where large events are being hosted online and in person
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and ROI metric reports with the marketing operations and analysts to communicate results for each event
  • Integrate content from the overall marketing editorial calendar into each event
  • Work with and manage video, photography, creative and production companies to create content that can be utilized at each event and marketing campaigns

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 5-8 years of complex in person and digital event management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
  • Contacts with trusted event planners, event production companies and agencies
  • Expert in project management and delivering under tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Video game industry experience required
