Event Specialist

Job Description
We’re looking for an in-house Event Specialist with experience in planning and coordinating international events in both digital and live formats, who will join our People Team. You will be:
- Managing all event projects in the company such as team meetings, game release parties, studio openings, christmas parties, beer Fridays etc.
- Owning all the aspects of the events from finding a venue to placing orders, monitoring vendors, answering questions and resolving issues
- Planning, designing, ordering, distributing and budgeting marketing merchandise, occasional gifts and company gadgets
- Partnering and overseeing external event agencies, and updating them on a regular basis
- Cooperating with other internal teams to process agreements, create budgets and agendas, surveys and other necessary event-related documentation
- Implementing employee happiness ideas and based on that create detailed event plans and brief the People team on these plans
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience on a similar position
- Experience in organizing international events
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously Strong initiative with proactive and intuitive problem-solving instincts
- Strong organizational skills including planning, project management and task facilitation
