Modulate builds technology that identifies the worst behavior in voice chat automatically and allows Trust & Safety teams to take action against racism, threats of violence, and other kinds of toxicity at scale. ToxMod, Modulate’s proactive voice moderation platform, has processed millions of hours of audio and is protecting players from toxicity in games like Call of Duty, Rec Room, and many more. Since closing a $30M Series A in 2022, the Modulate team has been scaling up to support our growing number of enterprise accounts.

Modulate is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join the Business Development team to work with our largest customers, managing a portfolio of AAA studios (2-3 accounts). Enterprise Account Managers are responsible for managing projects and deliverables across multiple work streams and teams in support of various customer initiatives. This includes work like facilitating regular meetings with Engineering teams (external and internal) ahead of launches, and leading pilots / proof of concept projects that demonstrate significant impact and value.

We are looking for candidates who are able to multi-thread various workstreams related to supporting our enterprise customers, simultaneously facilitating technical projects while diving into the data and creating deliverables to present to customers. Candidates who thrive in fast moving environments (previous start-up experience is a bonus) will be successful at Modulate.

The salary for this position is set at $125,000/yr.
