At Strivr, our Sales Team has the privilege to share our passion for helping our customers reimagine their employee training practices by leveraging Strivr’s immersive learning platform. Our team works with some of the biggest enterprise brands in the world.
About this position
Strivr is growing and looking for highly driven Enterprise SaaS Account Executives to join our Sales team! You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted advisor as you educate them on the benefits of Strivers immersive learning platforms and services.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing Fortune 500 customers
- Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close new business
- Build, manage, and close territory pipeline
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor
- Manage initial deal and expansion deals from lead to successful deployment
- Own client executive relationship and continued success
- Understand how to align customer business value to Strivr’s Immersive VR solution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client success
Your skills:
- Proven track record of successfully selling a SaaS-based enterprise platform
- Experience selling complex IT solutions across large enterprise environments
- Experience selling to C suite or VP of HR
- Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to build a joint value proposition and proposal with your client
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Strong time management skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS technical sales
- Hungry, motivated Sales Executive who enjoys hunting and closing new business
- Experience working and prospecting Fortune 500 companies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including live presentation skills
- Up to 35% travel necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to learning & development organizations
- Experience selling Technology offering combined with professional service
- Production or VR background/experience a plus
