Engineering Lead - Publishing

The Publishing Development team creates, aligns, and implements the technology platform supporting players across the entire out-of-game experience. Our vision is to provide the most efficient and trusted digital (web/mobile/social) experiences in gaming to all Bungie players.

As the Engineering Lead in Publishing you are accountable to deliver the long-term technical roadmap to meet the needs of our customers. You will draw upon your many years of expertise to build robust web based services, evaluate external solutions, and make informed trade-offs when deciding to build vs. buy. A big part of this role is being able to seamlessly integrate third-party partners and technologies into our platform, providing lasting value and quality. Additionally, you'll bring a passion for growing the skills and capabilities of engineering peers and more junior staff. You're a leader, you're often right, and the people you work with respect your guidance.
