Nimble Giant Entertainment is looking for an Employer Branding and Communication Lead to join our team and help us develop strategies that enhance the positioning and attractiveness of our Studio in the market.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Develop content and campaigns for social networks and channels with an employer branding approach (Linkedin / IG / Art Station / Fb / Twitter)
- Be a partner of the Recruiting team in order to design campaigns to attract candidates and programs that promote the best candidate experience.
- Participate in different market surveys to monitor recruitment trends and brand actions.
- Support the HR team in both internal and external communications strategy.
- Create a content / events calendar and ensure its implementation.
- Organize and coordinate all the events and actions associated with the Employer Branding strategy.
- Promote improvements in processes with an impact on our Employer Branding based on data and performance evidence. Develop KPIs, reports and iterate the results.
You should have:
- Creative profile, with good management of interpersonal relationships
- At least 5 years of experience in employer branding development.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
- Creative profile, with good management of interpersonal relationships
