Playtika is looking for a sharp and passionate marketing specialist to support the Israeli site’s employer branding projects. The person who will fill this role will report to Playtika’s Global Corportate Brand Manager . The ideal candidate has proven experience leading complex projects in marketing content, advertising or employer branding.
We’re looking for a markerter at heart and a real doer in the essance , with strong project mangemt skills, a creative mindset and ability move quickly in a fast paced environment. In addition, the candidate is experienced in working with a large number of people, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks based on their level of urgency.
The role is both strategic and operational, working with multiple interfaces (internal and external). Within the frameworks of this position, you will work on diverse projects, Implement employer branding strategies, execute content projects, campaigns and events ,co-ordinate design and branding efforts, and will help enforce brand guidelines internally.
Responsibilities
- Proactively plan and manage Playtika’s Israel employer brand activities, according to global startgy and guidance and based on local needs as well as support global brand projects execution
- Research and identify, run and support local brand initiatives – campaigns, partnerships, content and events for Playtika.
- Ensure all local brand efforts such as employer brand activities, conferences, and initiatives coincide with the Playtika’s global brand narrative and support them accordingly.
- Partner with the recruitment and HR team in the creation of relevant adverts, content and messaging ensuring our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times.
- Work with vendors and agencies as well as internal partners and stakeholders on marketing campaigns and projects and manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of all campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience In delivering marketing / advertising projects
- Hands-on, result driven , unafraid of projects in all sizes, capable of leading projects through to perfection
- High levels of attention to details complexities and sensitivities as well as being able to grasp the bigger picture.
- Highly articulated with exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Creativity, high levels of motivation and passion for the fields of brand building and employer branding, Constant awareness of industry trends and the presentation of new ideas
- experienced with digital marketing as well as marcom and designed collateral
- A team player, able to work well with others
- English professional working proficiency
