Reporting to the Senior Manager, Diversity, Culture and Engagement, you will contribute to our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts and programs at Riot Games by building and advancing our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), known as Rioter Identity Groups (RIGs). You will collaborate with diverse People Team partners to develop and launch a sustainable framework for ongoing management of RIGs. You’ll grow our resource groups to ensure they add maximum value to our global D&I efforts.

We are looking for someone with expertise in diversity program management, specifically related to global employee resource groups. As this role will work with team members across Riot Games at all levels, stellar verbal, written, presentation and relationship management skills are a must!

For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes your fellow Rioters, who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position!
