The Office Managerprovides operational, administrative and general office support to the fast-growing Sciplay studio in Israel! Office Manager is the heart of the office, influencing all employees at all levels and will take a major part in all operation and culture aspects. Job duties would include but is not limited to, managing the day-to-day office operations, basic HR functions, supporting departments needs and working closely with Finance department, assist planning office culture events, onboarding process, coordinating travel, scheduling and planning meetings, office supply inventory, coordination with game teams and other administrative duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Human Resources to deliver various policies, procedures, initiatives, standards and regulations and effective communications to employees and management
- First point of contact for employees, candidates, guest, and suppliers on all office aspects
- Coordination of reception responsibilities: welcome guests, candidates, vendors, and other visitors
- Collaboration with the talent acquisition team and welcoming candidates
- Provide support services to the employees of the Israel office, including different HR and facilities software, travel management and expense administration
- Manage relationship with vendors, facilities, utilities, and IT
- Assist in planning and organizing company culture events and company retreats
- Coordinate, plan and facilitate staff and departmental meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven work experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Officer, or similar role, preferably with a rapidly growing company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)- Advantage
