Job Description
As the Ecommerce Retention Manager, you will lead player and traffic retention topics for the Ubisoft Store and the Ubisoft+ Subscription service worldwide.
You are a positive, dedicated, and innovative collaborator who knows how to develop highly engaging marketing programs that drive retention and loyalty. You will collaborate with a team of exceptional cross-functional partners to develop successful audience driven retention strategies and marketing programs.
What you'll do
- Build an ecommerce overarching retention strategy that serves and complements the Ubisoft Store and Ubisoft+ service objectives.
- Systematically explore new retention opportunities within the Ubisoft player experience, but also challenge status quo to drive ROI improvements.
- Supply the entire team with Ecommerce audience retention intelligence, best practices, and innovations.
- Accompany and partner with internal marketing teams in bringing successful CRM, owned channel tools, loyalty-related business partnerships and ecommerce support.
- Sponsor, supervise and prioritize ecommerce retention programs, roadmaps, and marketing-related budgets.
- Oversee and participate in the development of retention KPIs, forecasts, reports, dashboards, and analysis in collaboration with internal partners.
- Activate and continuously improve the Ecommerce rewards programs for the Ubisoft Store and Ubisoft+ services.
Qualifications

- A strategic, Ecommerce audience retention driven mindset to all close collaborators.
- High-level expertise in building and managing robust retention, reward or loyalty marketing programs.
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaborations and clear communication skills.
- Strong positive team values: respect, responsibility, organization, openness, mutual aid, continuous improvement and fun.
- Experience in ecommerce or fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in the following marketing areas: CRM, Reward, Loyalty, Communication Personalization, Attribution, and Ecommerce CX.
- Bilinguisme (French and English)
