We are looking for an exceptional Product Management leader for our AI@Unity team based in out Bellevue or San Francisco office. The Unity Engine is a premier platform for a variety of different interactive media experiences, ranging from console and phone games, to Hollywood film CGI, to cutting-edge AR/VR interactive experiences and industrial simulations.

Unity’s Product Management team works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch, and with our business partners to generate profitable revenue streams. As the leader of the Product Management team, you bridge technical and business worlds as you design technologies with creative engineers and and collaborate with matrix teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to name just a few. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive Unity’s product development.

Through your leadership, you will leverage your technical expertise to identify risks, challenges, and roadblocks within a project and generate solutions for resolving them quickly, build and manage a product team to recruit the best-suited engineers, and evaluate feedback from customers to identify product deficiencies and gaps.

As the Head of Product Management, you'll lead a team of Product Managers working on all aspects of AI@Unity from how we enable experimentation in games to bringing NPCs to life using Reinforcement Learning. You’ll work on challenges from the deeply technical such as enabling inference on all of the Unity supported platforms to data management challenges associated with unifying data storage, processing, and analysis across the company.

AI@Unity brings the power of data and Machine Learning to every corner of Unity and its ecosystem. Through an evolving set of primary services, we enable Unity teams and our external customers to learn about and transform user data into insights, decisions and products.
