Summary:

Age of Learning School Solutions is experiencing tremendous growth because of our groundbreaking early education solutions and talented executive team. To continue this trajectory, we're searching for a highly qualified Director of Operations (DOO) to support the division’s General Manager. The Director of Operations will have an immediate impact on division productivity, will streamline and support strategic initiatives, assist in the oversight of program management, and aid communication between departments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. The DOO will manage the logistics of the GM’s daily work, including presentations, interactions with colleagues, scheduling, taking on direct responsibilities for smaller projects, and handling other day-to-day items while attending meetings on behalf of the GM, summarizing key points, and participating with key follow-on activities.

DOO will ensure that Schools Division executives are constantly remaining in touch with the GM through close interaction and identifying and addressing any issues that may arise. They are also responsible for filtering key information as it gets shared up through executive ranks. The DOO encapsulates the direction that drives our teams forward while also acting as the glue to ease communications and processes and create a united approach. You will work on the School Division’s top priorities, at its strategic core and amplify our GM’s productivity by working with him on major initiatives, getting projects executed and going smoothly, and taking the lead on projects as needed.
