Director of LiveOpsSummary
We are looking for a seasoned, highly analytical Director of Live Operations who will play a critical role developing & executing our live operations strategy and managing revenue for our Social Casino games - Big Fish Casino & Jackpot Magic Slots. The qualified candidate will work with a team of product managers, CRM managers, and engineers to develop player engagement and monetization features & campaigns across multiple products. They will own the roadmap for building new live operations features, campaigns, and tools that deliver significant performance uplift and/or operational efficacy. They will partner with our business intelligence team to structure & coordinate analyses that improve the impact of campaigns & liveops features to increase player engagement, monetization, and retention.What You'll Do
- Work with a cross functional Live Operations team and manage the live operations strategy across established multiple multi-million dollar social casino applications & new applications.
- Develop new live operation features & campaigns to drive monetization and engagement. Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and continuously optimize tactics to improve effectiveness in achieving specific revenue targets.
- Own the long- and short-term features & tools roadmap based on live operations priorities & performance.
- Measure and analyze the success of campaigns & features and optimize their performance through A/B testing/holdout groups.
- Be an expert on liveops industry trends and competitive landscape to challenge/evolve our thinking and share best practice.
- Work closely with data science team to identify & operationalize player segments.
- Establish and improve processes to ensure time & resources are spent efficiently and effectively.
- Partner effectively with engineering teams to improve CRM tools and work with business intelligence teams to develop scalable and programmatic solutions.
- Manage and mentor CRM Managers (and Associates) to increase their impact on the business, develop their functional and domain expertise, and increase job satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
- Passion for mobile games & the social casino category.
- 5 years’ professional experience with a minimum of 3 years marketing, CRM or Product Management at a gaming company.
- Proven success with developing impactful game features or campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation software & CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and through others to deliver business results.
- High operational efficacy leading complex projects and working with cross-disciplinary teams including product, business intelligence, engineering, and marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to use segmentation, A/B testing, customer lifecycle & behavioral data to personalize and optimize campaigns & features. Experience with Leanplum & Looker is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, Statistics or Business or a related field.
