Director of Engineering - Game Client

We're looking to build a world-class team of game-makers: folks bursting with creativity, who balance candor with compassion, and always, always, always hold themselves and their peers accountable to what's best for players.

What you'll do:

As our Director of Game Client Engineering, you will lead the team responsible for creating the client-side of a brand-new, immersive open-world game. You'll help set engineering standards and culture within the team, and establish design, process, and architecture practices. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you'll significantly influence the direction, methods, and philosophy of our engineering practices, ensuring we can deliver exceptional player experiences for years to come. You are a great fit if:

• You have 6+ years of game engineering experience
• 3+ years building and leading engineering teams
• You have experience working with modern 3D game engines like Unreal and Unity
• You have experiences working on live service-based games
• You have a strong understanding of 3D Math and C++
• You love creating collaborative and iterative environments

What we offer:

Annual salary range: $240,000-$320,000
