Summary:
Age of Learning’s School team is looking for a seasoned Director, Marketing Partnerships to set the strategy and prioritizations, allocate resources and ensure each partnership is used to its strategic potential. This is a key position on the Marketing team who will liaise with external partners and key stakeholders across the organization, providing exceptional customer service and expertly delivering on a wide variety of strategic marketing initiatives. The Director, Marketing Partnerships will work closely with all External Partners as well as members of the Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Curriculum Teams, managing strategic use, communication, and projects for each partnership. The Partnership Director is responsible for tracking and managing Service Level Agreements, as well as budgets, expenses, and marketing creative projects. The Director will report on and track metrics for effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain up-to-date strategic partner project plans for all assigned partnerships of varying scope from inception to completion
- Plan, design, create and execute several multi-tactic ABM campaigns. Tactics may include email marketing, events, webinars, direct mail, print advertising, paid media (SEO), speaking engagements, etc.
- Customize the sales message based on partnership objectives, campaign issues, and competitive knowledge.
- Track department project budgets as related to partnership and marketing campaigns; manage expense processes
- Proactively manage communications with relevant Age of Learning executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience in educational marketing within an EdTech company or equivalent experience.
- Mission-driven, values-based marketing leader with experience in building processes and systems from the ground up
- Strong understanding of the education market, marketing to education customers and working with B2B sales teams
- Ability to think strategically while also working with stakeholders to produce the highest quality marketing campaigns with strategic use partnerships under tight timelines
- Strong presentation skills including content creation and delivery
- Strategic thinker with an inherent ability to simplify complex things and to lead through influence.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, including project discovery and planning, building, executing, and managing marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet service level agreements for all projects.
- Excellent communicator with effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various levels of management, both internal and external.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and behaviors.
- Strong attention to detail and extremely high standards of quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce preferred
- Fluent in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
- Working knowledge of a second language preferred
The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $140,000 USD to $150,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
