Riot's People team exists to help Rioters strategically manage Riot's greatest asset, its talent. We bring our expertise to the fundamental HR and talent activities from recruitment, performance management to talent development. As Director, HR Business Partner, reporting to our VP, People, you will support the primary teams within our newly formed and scaling Entertainment organization. You will partner with the President and their senior leadership teams. You will set and lead a talent strategy that is integrated into Riot's goals. You will also be responsible for directly and indirectly leading a cross-functional people team including HRBPs, recruitment, total rewards, learning & development, and diversity and inclusion. You will ensure the growth and scaling of our business by designing the organizations, building new capabilities, and enhancing our talent. You will play an important leadership role in driving collaboration and identifying synergies across the business areas . This will be accomplished through a partnership with the leadership teams and serving as an essential advisor for all things talent, culture, and partnership with the product teams.
