Seeking an experienced leader to oversee the knowledge delivery strategy for our extensive product suite. You will bring an extensive background in training that will support teams of highly skilled technical individuals to build customer advocacy and increase value from the Oasis 360 Suite of products and well as other CX products. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team that develops and deploys knowledge, delivers training, and determines content strategy for our customers, both internal and external.What you'll do
- Build strong working relationships with other functional teams to promote knowledge management initiatives and ensure the free flow of information.
- Establish the strategies to develop content, communication and training needs on knowledge processes and systems. Evaluate the sustainability of our current approach to optimize for the future.
- Champion continuous improvement and learning, ensuring everyone is responsible for owning and maintaining community content.
- Define procedures for searchable, up-to-date knowledge across the various teams and integrated apps.
- Play a key role in determining department strategy, including expanded training offerings, content and knowledge base to increase quality in execution, and support the day-to-day activities to ensure success and accountability.
- Create and monitor training metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree required (Masters preferred) in education, instructional design, or relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years managing technical teams. Background in leading content and information strategy across an organization.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering training programs that drive user adoption and satisfaction.
- Individual is highly motivated, constantly collaborating with Sales, PMO, Product, D&D, and Leadership to advance our Product portfolio position in our customer base through knowledge-driven strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce and LMS administration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
