We are looking for a motivated Director Brand Marketing who thinks outside of the box to lead live services and growth projects at EA SPORTS Tiburon in Orlando, Florida. This Director Brand Marketing role will create live service plans for Tiburon games, like Madden NFL , along with establishing creative growth programs.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Director at Tiburon, you will build foundational work and take the plans you create for live service and see them through to implementation. Your live service plans will be rooted in insights with a view of finding clear opportunities to enhance the Brand’s cultural relevance and ensure creative, new experiences for players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase success of post-launch revenue generated from live services. You will conceptualize and market live service plans for Tiburon franchises, like Madden NFL , and identify opportunities for new experiences and growth
- Establish the live service vision along with brand strategies built from important insights, turning them into action
- Work with the development team to build and support the product roadmap, features and player journeys for live service programs
- Partner with Analytics & Insights teams to inform live service and growth projects
- Build new brand partnerships and collaboration increasing the cultural relevance of the Brand
- Increase Brand equity indicators with core audiences and build desire and consideration amongst new audiences working against clearly defined purchase barriers
- Establish creative experiences new to the product, rooted in a firm understanding of consumer interests, behaviors, and market trends and forecasts
- Establish creative ways to make experiences, like Madden NFL, culturally relevant 365 days per year, drafting off of sports and entertainment culture
- Create experiences that add value for players and are tailored to promote engagement all year long
Skills Required:
- Comfortable with business models and financials
- Project management and coordination across departments and external partners
- Experience conceptualizing go-to-market strategies and building tactical plans
- Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight, to ideation, to market
- Embrace working in an evolving, productive and flexible environment
- Passion for finding solutions to overcome complexities and barriers
- Excel at prioritizing to manage path to success
- Can rally and lead large developer teams day in day out
- Experience engaging at all levels within an organization
- Understanding of video game industry and the competitive landscape
- Interest in sports, American football in particular
Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- Minimum 7 years working in marketing roles at top tier companies
- Passion for games
