The Challenge
Digital Distribution is the fastest growing part of the video game business. The digital sales team is looking for a driven individual to assist with the day-to-day management of key partner accounts. This person will work across sales, analytics, and marketing departments to deliver sales results against quarterly and fiscal year sales goals. This position will work with key partners to help initiate, develop, and implement new promotional campaigns to improve product visibility and sales potential.
What You’ll Take On
- Maintain a master record of platform promo results to aid in forecasting
- Work with International Digital Sales Team to provide input around pricing and content plans and overall partner initiatives
- Conduct audits of pricing and availability information on Take-Two content at digital retailers
- Process setup and maintenance of digital partner product pages on key platforms, including acting as liaison to Channel marketing group
- Assist in the internal setup and forecasting of digital promotions for key partners.
- Work with Digital Finance team on revenue recognition and reporting reconciliation
- Assist with preparing analytics for forecasting processes between sales, marketing, and finance and build high-level summaries and presentations for senior management
- Collect, compile and analyze product sell-through data
- Provision of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports at the request of the sales team/management
- Drive analyses and discussion about promotional performance; conduct regular assessments of performance vs. projections and communicate results internally
- Filter and provider of key market facts /figures
- Provide price elasticity analysis to advise product lifecycle decisions
- Provide comparative performance analytics across all digital distribution outlets, including console, PC, tablets, mobile and other devices
What You Bring
- BA/BS degree and/or one-year of experience
- Knowledge and appreciation of video games and/or entertainment products
- Strong analytical skills, with the goal to draw proven conclusions with direct business impact from multiple sources of data
- Ability to establish and manage relationships with internal and external partners, including other internal departments, levels of management, and outside sales relationships
- Experience communicating information to a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to grow in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Sophisticated Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Macros)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred but not required.
