Within PlayStation's Global Sales and Business Operations Group, the Direct to Consumer team brings together diverse talent from around the world, with a passion for engaging PlayStation gamers with relevant and entertaining content and products. This area of PlayStation has seen significant growth in recent years to become a key revenue contributor and continues to evolve rapidly towards new business models alongside dynamic changes in the Games industry. In September 2019, PlayStation launched PlayStation Direct, our first direct to consumer hardware and peripherals business. We are currently in the US and select European countries
Responsibilities
Work with D2C data team and perform analysis on the customer strategy to uncover address friction points and highlight opportunities for testing/implementation
Contribute to prioritization process of functionality needs
Contribute to the development of the site narrative
Qualifications
Projected to graduate in 2024
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing or business with a focus on e-Commerce
Self-directed and able to effectively manage ambiguity
High attention to detail and strong focus on customer experience
Able to develop relationships and collaborate at all levels
Ability to motivate change and lead through influence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Awareness of the global retail industry and digital commerce trends a plus
