Digital Advertising Manager (World of Tanks)

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Digital Advertising Manager for the World of Tanks PC project, who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of digital advertising tools, analytics, and the ability to analyze data to drive business growth.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement digital advertising strategies and campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and other platforms.
• Analyze data from digital advertising campaigns to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as creative, analytical, and web development, to ensure that the digital advertising campaigns are optimized for maximum impact across all channels.
• Manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital advertising to continuously improve campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners and vendors to ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
• Report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders and senior management.

What are we looking for?

• Proven track record in marketing and advertising, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising tools and analytics, including proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Docs (Sheets) is required, and familiarity with Google Data Studio or other visualization tools is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and trends in the digital advertising space.
• Experience in managing budgets for digital advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital advertising.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Familiarity with Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Ads, Yandex Direct would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Passion to computer games.

The salary range for this position is 2500–3300 € (gross) per month. Note that this salary range is valid for Lithuania, for other locations it might be different.
