Automation unit is a Playtika service which provides automation solutions to different studios worldwide.
The unit is looking for Automation engineer to build/support automation processes.
Our technology stack:
- Scripting: Bash/Python/Groovy;
- IaC: Ansible;
- CI/CD: Bitbucket, Jenkins, Teamcity, Artifactory, SonarQube;
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes.
To qualify, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in and DevOps;
- 2+ years of using tools/systems based on Linux servers;
- 2+ years of experience scripting language (Bash/Python/Groovy);
- Deep knowledge and understanding of CI/CD processes;
- Experience in managing systems with configuration management (Ansible);
- Experience in Source Code Management Systems and designing branching strategy;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines preferably using Jenkins (pipelines as code);
- Experience in automated solutions development which includes different tools and technologies;
- Experience in REST API. Ability to use API in automation;
- Motivation to drive tasks to completion and take ownership of projects;
- Following the best DevOps practices and approaches.
Nice to have:
- Experience in managing CI systems (Jenkins, Teamcity);
- Expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues;
- Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications;
- Experience with container orchestration engines (ECS, GKE, swarm, etc);
- Experience with CI/CD for mobile projects (FastLane).
Responsibilities:
- Assessment, modifications, and improvements of the automation process of the pipeline, moving infrastructure to the code;
- Assessment in POC processes for new tools/services;
- New automation approaches and processes development;
- Environments related questions support;
- Improving scalability of infrastructure.
