DevOps Engineer
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer capable of creating, improving, and maintaining our cloud-based platforms and services that enable our development and test teams to iteratively deliver critical features & functionality. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for design/delivery of service infrastructure, investigating operational issues and will support our development/engineering teams by continually improving Enterprise and developer tooling.
What You Will Do:
- Create infrastructure to support automated build environments for various project types (Unity/Unreal Engine/etc.) targeting multiple platforms (Nintendo Switch / PlayStation platforms / Xbox platforms / etc).
- Manage release branches as well as maintain the build process to support continuous integration.
- Investigate, debug and drive improvements to engineering/build automation process
- Integrate third-party API's to extend service functionality
- Participate in defining infrastructure direction across an entire organization
- Fast and effective diagnostics and resolution of problems arising out of daily game server and API usage
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3+ years building and maintaining cloud based infrastructure such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform (CGP), or AWS.
- Understanding of the benefits and challenges associated with operating and maintaining a modern service based and cloud deployed web architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with Docker: containerizing apps and Docker file best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with software configuration management systems and source code version control systems
- Experience with commonly used scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript, Go, etc.)
- Familiarity with pipeline tools such as Perforce, Bitbucket, Chef, Jenkins, and Artifactory
- Understanding of and experience with operating REST services.
