The Role

Responsible for the supporting the technical needs of the corporate staff through top level desktop support. You will Provision new user accounts, hardware, and software. Troubleshoot hardware and software of end users. You will also run network cabling under desk and in ceilings as well as maintain documentation. As part of the role, you will receive calls and work tickets for onsite and remote location support as well as troubleshoot hardware and software on workstations and servers.
You will also perform preventative maintenance and work with engineers and DevOps to overcome tech related issues. You will also participate with the IT team on other projects.
