Aristocrat is looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst who is primarily responsible for ensuring the proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment, providing remote and desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues, performing installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks and is also responsible for monitoring our networks, distributed server infrastructure, related services, and core business applications to ensure high availability.
The role requires advanced IT Systems Engineering skills, Windows & Mac expertise and strong working experience with creative applications (Adobe, Autodesk) to diagnose and resolve end-user issues and support their productive use.What You'll Do
- Provide 2nd level support for all aspects of corporate user environments - PC/laptop, Mobile devices, software installation and other IT delivered services.
- Supports the use of the local videoconferencing, collaboration tools, and audio-visual services (Zoom Rooms)
- Responsible for device builds, rebuilds, backups, deployments and technology refreshes (Windows and Mac)
- Responsible for advanced administration of user accounts in Active Directory and various other business applications/ systems.
- Support, installation & configuration of client SOE’s – Windows 10 & Mac OS X
- Deployment and support of Animator PC and Adobe Creative Cloud to MACs and PCs
- Adobe Enterprise Dashboard Management
- Universal Type Server / Client management and support
- Software management and support of creative software titles for all platforms currently across Australia and India including but not limited to;
- Autodesk 3Ds Max & Maya
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Z-Brush
- Substance Painter
- Spine
- Deadline Rendering
- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis on local and remote devices with proactive intervention when needed.
- Creates, updates, escalates, and closes incidents and service requests in our ticketing system.
- Helps to develop and document technical processes and procedures.
- Provide initial response and diagnosis on all corporate communications devices.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and proprietary client hardware.
- Provide user assistance via phone, email, walkup, remote support, and virtual smart bar.
What We're Looking For
- Requires a high school diploma. Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- A demonstrated knowledge of support of both Windows and Mac end user environments
- Requires an Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or its equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A+ and MCITP certifications or equivalent experience required. Security+, Network+ a plus.
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate.
- Experience in large Enterprise environment preferred.
