Design Producer/Project Manager Marketing (12 month contract)

As a Producer you need to have deep knowledge of creative production and project management across several mediums and multiple channels. You are great at managing complex projects, ensuring that all creative assets are delivered on brief, on budget, and at quality.
Your daily responsibilities will involve working closely with your teammates and creating content across our channels. You need to be able to traffic a large variety and volume of assets through a complex organisation on often tight timelines. You need to promote team culture by initiating, and managing others towards positive working relationships with partners who are important to our development process. We prefer that you are a team player and help form a stimulating and fun work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be the daily contact for multiple partners within the marketing and operational teams.
- Track design requests and deadlines across multiple channels.
- Monitor and direct the movement of all jobs through the creative development process; update schedules and team members.
- Present project plans, build schedules and get agreement from important partners.
- Collaborate with the global team of producers and planners to share and manage workload and design team resources.
- Oversee workflow of all projects from initiation through delivery.
- Review work with design leaders to ensure the highest standard of quality is met.
- Analyse challenges and develop creative solutions that are rooted in insights.
- Strengthen guidelines and processes with team members. Improve workflow and production solutions.
- Work in a hands-on environment that requires flexibility, imagination, a can-do attitude, a sense of fun, and the desire to grow.
- Work with team members to estimate project costs when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in project management or producing within an internal creative department or design agency setting.
- Well versed in creative development processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility, attention to detail, professionalism, and finesse when handling diverse demands of an extremely fast-paced, player-facing environment.
- Experienced in working with internal design teams or external creative agencies.
- Successful in collaborating with diverse teams or the equivalent to identify and meet our goals.
- Is knowledgeable of the games industry and the consumer’s, social and connected lifestyle.
- Some experience launching a product or campaign within games, sports, entertainment, or a live service business.
- Familiar with multiple design disciplines including graphic design, interactive design, motion design, illustration, and 3D modelling.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Keynote skills. Understanding of Adobe programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
