We're seeking a results-oriented and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our CXS team in ensuring successful project deliveries and driving technical excellence. You will hold a pivotal role in overseeing project deliveries, fostering innovation, and promoting technical excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving successful outcomes and ensuring our team's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, providing technical guidance, managing project deliveries, and supporting team members' professional growth.
Technical Innovation: Drive technical innovation by developing new functionalities as required by product marketing and architectural design.
Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion of sprints and the overall project, collaborating closely with software architects, product managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
Quality and Standards: Participate in implementing solutions that enhance product performance, quality, processes, and standards. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Collaboration: Foster collaboration within the team and across disciplines, focusing on the success of the team as a whole.
What we're looking for
Technical Background: Strong background in software development, with hands-on experience in Hybrid Mobile App Development, Angular 2+, NodeJs, HTML5, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, REST-based APIs using .Net technology stack, and C#.
Mobile App Expertise: Knowledge of building and publishing mobile apps on iOS and Android, including the app submission process.
Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience as a manager or senior team leader, with excellent team management and mentoring skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Collaborative: Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a similar discipline is highly regarded.
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, with the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
