SUMMARY OF POSITION
Pixelberry Studios is looking for a talented and hard-working student to join our internship program. As a data scientist intern, you will develop machine learning models and experiment to explore the users’ behavior pattern and increase the players’ engagement.
Our headquarters are in Mountain View, CA but we can accommodate a remote work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze a large data set and leverage the data to build a machine learning model to provide actionable insights to increase the game's KPIs
- Design and implement experiments to validate the model, deliver insights and optimization recommendations.
- Develop automated reports and pipelines that allow stakeholders to make decisions quickly
- Visualize and present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (such as python, R)
- Familiar with machine learning modeling
- Experience on visualization tools, such as Looker or Tableau
- Experience on AB testing or have knowledge about it
