In this role, you will help provide project management and program management support to
advance Epic’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. You will partner closely with Epic’s DEI
team, People team, leaders, and the business to build employee belonging, strengthen access
and pipeline initiatives, and increase corporate brand reputation through the internal and
external promotion of diversity and culture recruiting initiatives that support Epic’s overall
mission.


Overview - What you’ll do
● Support internal and external diversity-related programming, including recruiting events
and programming
● Support hiring innovation initiatives, including grades 8-12 programs, attending
diversity-related events and/or programming, and managing logistics for diversity
conferences
● Conduct research and benchmarking on specified topics, including national and
international diversity issues, administrative organizational structures, and trends
● Generate ideas and content to communicate and promote D&I initiatives both internally
and externally, including the regular updating of the DE&I internal websites
● Keep abreast of developments as they relate to DE&I efforts in the tech and gaming
industry
● Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall strategic initiatives and goals of
the DE&I team


Qualifications
● Strong organizational skills and passion for getting the details right
● Creative thinking and the ability to execute and measure the effectiveness of new ideas
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop strong
professional relationships with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams
● Ability to use good judgment to problem solve, make decisions, and involve necessary
individuals at the appropriate time
● Ability to thrive in an environment of ambiguity and change
● Process-oriented, quick to pick up on systems and develop them further.
● Experience bringing creativity and energy to projects and challenges.
● Experience leveraging data to identify trends and recommend solutions
