We are looking for someone like you to be our new Customer Support superstar and join our passionate and talented Marketing team, where we are building on the years of success that Rebellion has enjoyed.

What you’ll be doing:

This role will work within our Marketing department as part of the Customer Support team, this role will be responsible for responding to inbound communications from players of Rebellion’s games, delivering excellent user support, data tracking and key problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility and ownership for excellent service to Rebellion’s gaming customers and players via an open, honest and consistent tone of voice.

• Building an excellent knowledge of Rebellion’s gaming products and services to answer queries accurately.

• Developing a positive working relationship with internal stakeholders, including development teams, to gain regular access to game updates and solutions/fixes to problems.

• Communicating common threads/themes/issues from players to the development teams, alongside the Community Team.

• Writing and updating self-help and FAQ articles for our Help Centre to assist customers and players.

• Optimising our work processes, by keeping up to date and exploring effective and efficient processes and ways of working to best serve our players with a continuous focus on performance.

• Updating and seeding information to wider marketing team, specifically related to current and future product campaigns.

• Helping to manage moderation of Rebellion’s game-related public forums, and responding to player comments as and when necessary.

• Providing key data on our customer support activities to key stakeholders to ensure our qualitative and quantitative objectives are always properly met.
