Customer Support Specialist:
We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to help ‘Warhammer The Horus Heresy: Legions’ players around the globe with their queries regarding account settings, gameplay, purchasing, basic troubleshooting, and other miscellaneous game-related question they may have, ensuring the smoothest play experience possible.
What you’ll do:
- Provide superb Customer Support experience to players, assisting them with issues and queries through our different channels and ensuring all responses are provided with excellent attention to detail, care, and professionalism.
- Ensuring queries are responded to within our agreed response times and that all customer communications are dealt with to provide solutions as a priority.
- Investigate and provide information to customers about game related queries, account status, transactions and technical problems.
- Analyze, summarize and report product malfunctions, feature requests, player complaints and feedback with the development team. Remain up to date with the latest developments in the game.
- Constantly keeping yourself updated in terms of game/features/design/procedural changes.
What we seek:
- Native level fluency in English, particularly reading & writing.
- Excellent knowledge of “Warhammer The Horus Heresy: Legions” game.
- Self-motivated, high level of commitment and a proactive attitude with the ability to work productively and collaboratively within a team.
- Robust attention to detail, communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for strategy card games.
Extra Awesome points for:
- Fluency in any of the other languages supported by the game.
- Work experience in a customer support or community management role.
- Work experience in other roles within the game industry.
- Knowledge of game design.
- Experience with Unity Engine.
