Who You Are
- Passionate about Customer Service
- Have excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Organized, able to multitask and work under pressure while communicating effectively to multiple individuals at once
- Patient and have the ability to understand the unique needs of our Residents and provide effective solutions
- Good team player, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- A well-developed sense of humor, a thick skin and a positive outlook
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays and non-traditional hours
- Some experience in customer facing environments (retail/support) or a related field; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- High school diploma, some college preferred, will consider candidates with work experience.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, product features, and account access via support ticket and telephone
- Collaborate with other aspects of the Customer Support team to address sensitive customer issues
- Serve as point of escalation for complex or unusual issues to other teams
- Drive ongoing improvements to customer satisfaction
- Help with other duties and special projects as assigned
- Have occasional travel opportunities
