The CXS team offers customers a suite of tailored venue management solutions including technology platforms, patron engagement systems, analytics and business solutions as well as training and technical support.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Representative you will respond to calls and emails from our Aristocrat Service line and create as well as allocate service jobs to the Technicians nationwide.

You will also be responsible for updating and monitoring all service jobs in Salesforce, provide key metric reports for customers and monitoring our call system.

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, you will have the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
