The CXS team offers customers a suite of tailored venue management solutions including technology platforms, patron engagement systems, analytics and business solutions as well as training and technical support.What you'll do
As a Customer Support Representative you will respond to calls and emails from our Aristocrat Service line and create as well as allocate service jobs to the Technicians nationwide.
You will also be responsible for updating and monitoring all service jobs in Salesforce, provide key metric reports for customers and monitoring our call system.
Specifically, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from our service line and create subsequent job requests efficiently
- Create and allocate all service jobs through Salesforce to the relevant technician
- Close off all tasks and finished jobs on a daily basis and ensure any relevant information is captured
- Reporting and monitoring of service calls, open call reports and contract reports
- Update customer database as to maintain accurate information
- Follow up and report of job status to the customer as required
What we're looking for
- Epic customer service skills
- Call centre experience will be highly regarded
- An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in the gaming industry or a interest in it would be highly regarded
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded but not a must
- The ability to be think on your feet and learn quickly
- You are a team play and love to work in a collaborative fast paced environment
We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, you will have the flexibility to work in the office and from home.
