Job Summary:


As a part of Customer Care Team you will be responsible for delivering quality customer support. You will answer customer complaints from all around the globe. You will handle e-mails and phone calls of customers and store each case in a dedicated tool and will keep track of each case until it is solved. You must maintain a high level of soft skills and phone/e-mail etiquette.
