Job Description
The customer care agent (CCA) is an agent that answers customer complaints from all around the globe. They must answer e-mails of customers and store each case in a dedicated tool. Each CCA must keep track of each case until it is solved.
We’re looking for Customer Care Agents (CCA) to support our new big release. You will be able to choose between working in our comfortable office, or remotely from home (the training must be done in the office nonetheless).
Qualifications
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English
- Upper-Intermediate level of second language (French / German / Spanish) is required
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for team work
- Excellent interpersonal relationship
- Be responsible and patient
Additional Information
Roles and responsibilities:
- Give Support to the customers: Identify and solve customer problems using dedicated web tools
- Handle and manage web tools specially made for customer support.
- Keep a record of each case in another dedicated web tool.
- Escalate higher problems and send them to the appropriate team when needed.
- Notify Leads when a recurrent problem appears, to prevent further cases
- Be able to identify problems and create new templates for recurrent ones.
- Be informed on promotions and information on respective countries.

We are talking billions of data points, millions of entries and challenges of all kind across multiple programming languages.
The likely hero engineer would ideally work in a standardized Java environment facing challenges and with much to learn from the experience. Knowledge of some RDBMS systems, ACID or CAP systems would be nice. The project consists of developing analytics or core applications that interact with a NoSQL Cassandra and Spark based solution and pushing the boundaries of performance, resilience and knowledge in distributed computing. We do welcome heroes that worked with other NoSQL technologies (Hbase, Mongo, Redis, Riak, Couchbase, Hadoop, Aerospike etc.).
