We're on the hunt for a valiant CurseForge Content Moderator to join the team and help us keep our modding platform safe, engaging, user-friendly, and fun.
As our Moderation Maestro, you'll take on various responsibilities - from ensuring the quality of all content on our platform, to assisting authors with questions and enhancing the overall user experience.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Ensure the CurseForge project library maintains high standards of quality, appropriateness, and safety.
- Review, approve, reject, or provide feedback for mods and addons while adhering to content, EULA, and ToS policies.
- Provide regular daily and weekly reports, maintaining open communication with HQ.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Support, R&D, and QA, to address daily operational challenges.
- Respond to creator inquiries via multiple communication channels.
- Proactively enhance both the front-end and back-end project uploading processes, and develop assistance guides and how-to articles.
Requirements
- Passionate gamer, actively engaged with 2-3 PC games (Bonus points for Minecraft, World of Warcraft, The Sims™ 4, or ARK: Survival Evolved).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Available to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 1 PM to 9 PM.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating patience and a ‘can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently with exceptional organization and methodical approaches.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Adept troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Bonus points
- Prior experience in technological environments or software companies.
- A solid understanding of various file types and folder structures.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, LUA, or others.
