What will be your main challenges?

Voodoo is seeking for Culturalization Manager – Community, who will be responsible for the product culturalization by focusing on development and operation of the player community in China. The key deliveries include operating official accounts on major platforms; engaging account followers regularly; connecting official accounts with games by cross platform features; and developing a community strategy to achieve them.

To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader with first-hand experience of fan community operation, a data-oriented person, and a confident decision-maker who derives satisfaction by engaging with our fans and players.

Challenges

- Identify opportunities to complement and expand the reach and attractiveness for Voodoo in China through in-game and on-platform fan community operation

- Identify target platforms to build and operate official accounts for Chinese players, including but limited to: Social: WeChat, Douyin, Weibo, Kuaishou, Bilibili; Android: Tap Tap

- Leverage unique gameplay of Voodoo published games, and their derivative contents, e.g., short form gameplay video, to engage and attract players

- Build cross-platform synergy between official accounts on various social platforms and Android platforms, as well as in-game social features, and create in-house player pool which can be directly connected to

- Responsible for understanding China markets, and using competitive insights to create actionable operational plans

- Establish and maintain exceptional platform partner relationships with the necessary partner stakeholders for the purpose of sustaining and expanding cooperation

- Collaborate with individuals and teams across the organization to assist in the successful execution of community strategy

- Analyzing data sets representing the community behavior of players and providing actionable recommendations for better community operation and game culturalization

What do we expect?

- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin and English; French is a plus

- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement

- The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

- Ability to differentiate and successfully position new, disruptive solutions

- Ability to participate effectively in cross-functional teams and work well in a matrixed management environment

- Ability to manage and report on simultaneous partner engagements, across an account base excellent critical thinking and analytical skills a must
