We’re looking for a highly skilled Creative Strategist to help lead innovative creative strategy and drive UA based on creative performance analysis and results. This person’s focus is to be a strategic and creative catalyst with the ability to inspire colleagues with brilliant thinking, strategically led ideas that will translate to world class creative execution for UA and beyond.
We are looking for someone who thrives when challenged, spreads a positive can-do attitude, has a thirst to learn and wants to be at the forefront of re-writing the Sciplay book on creative strategy.
The ideal candidate is analytical yet creative, can work independently and manage multiple projects/initiatives concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver matrix creative strategy based on creatives performance and metrics
- Coming up with new, fresh creative approach, experiments and in parallel strongly focusing on creative optimizations
- Drive creative testing backed up with hypothesis in order to gain insights, identify opportunities and apply them in creative strategy
- Ongoing creative performance monitor, creative trends on the market, tight collaboration with Creative Conversion Analyst
- Day to day work with Copywriter and Art Lead to execute on the creative strategy, review concepts and ads
- Collaborate closely with UA & ASO to ensure creative strategy is on par with UA & ASO plans
- Partner with PMs to ensure that product features will be reflected in creative strategy
- Participate in brainstorms big and small, from high-budget projects to daily thought starter ideation sessions
- Be a leading voice able to tie together quantitative and qualitative insights into high-impact decision making leading to revenue growth
- Drive Marketing Innovation strategy by unlocking target audience/category/media insights and translate them into actionable marketing briefs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategist or Brand Strategist role from a leading ad agency
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in overseeing creative campaigns, making sure they align with the strategy
- Solid Understanding of UA & ASO strategy and tactics
- A genuine interest in social, gaming, analytics, and advertising is a must
- You're passionate about brand, design, messaging– we're looking for someone who likes to create beautiful things but also wants to drive revenue
- You're a creative briefing machine – you can create multiple messaging that drives from the same insight.
- You dare to challenge the status quo of the category and create fusion from other categories from your experience.
- You have a keen eye and hawk-like attention to detail – nothing gets by you
