- Work closely with the department leads and producers on the intake of all creative project requests, source the most appropriate team for each project, and communicate accordingly.
- Be responsible for the intake and implementation strategy of our external creative vendor pipeline, through an understanding the needs and goals of each project's creative lead, as well as the overall goals for the business.

- Identify and resolve any potential resource challenges before project work begins.
- Directly lead and develop a team of highly skilled visual development professionals.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years in roles where you gained creative resourcing or talent management experience.
- Experience with vendors, agents, licenses, and some standard contracting language.

- Excellent understanding of a variety of commercial creative development processes.
- Experience using workflow tools to handle resourcing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to initiate and iterate on workflows, from ambiguous beginnings towards clear goals and metrics of success.
