Creative Producer

Creative Production is the craft that takes care of the production of the advertisement materials for the User acquisition department. The craft stands in between accurate data analysis and creativity, user acquisition, and art. The work of Creative Production is seen by millions of people worldwide and helps Rovio’s titles grow.

The Creative Production team is located in Espoo, Finland, and works in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week onsite). We are looking for Creative Producer to join the team! As a Creative Producer, you'll help us bring User Acquisition creatives to life, help with ideation, and oversee and develop the production pipeline. In this position, you will report to the Senior Creative Producer.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

• Oversee, update, and directly participate in the creative production process
• Participate in the systematic ideation process and brief writing, support brainstorms, and retrospections
• Be in charge of filling in the retrospection results to finished creatives
• Participate in the Creative Strategy assembly
• Be in charge of reporting the production results

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Previous experience working in the F2P mobile games domain
• Hands on experience working on the ideation process of successful UA campaigns for mobile games
• Experience working across different crafts, teams and levels within the organisation
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Experience in UA Creative Production
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of the current state of the UA creatives market
