Creative Manager

Playtika, the largest gaming company in Israel and #1 worldwide in its genre, is seeking for a talented, experienced and enthusiastic creative thinker to join our creative team in one of our top ranking games.

We are looking for a true story-teller, who can take a one-liner concept and make a beautiful conceptual story out of it. A person who can create cool characters out of the blue and give them life and unique characteristics. If you have an incredible imagination, rich inner-world and insatiable curiosity - we look for you.

In this position you will enhance the experience of our players by telling them fun, interesting visual stories and come up with beautiful, creative ideas and concepts for many features in the game, carrying them all the way from the drawing-board into the game.

** Temporary position for 8 months.

Responsibilities

• Come up with new themes, narratives and original concepts for our new game features and Bingo rooms
• Create clear, strong direction briefs for art and illustration teams, including sketches and general illustration directions
• Create sound briefs for room music and narrations
• Invent new characters and guide the art teams how to illustrate and characterize them
• Work closely with Product Owners, UX designers, Art leaders and Animation leaders, to ensure the narrative implementation in the right way

Requirements

• Professional Working English – a must
• Familiarity with American pop culture and market – a must
• At least 3 years of experience in creative positions (art/animation/design/illustration) - a must
• strong storytelling skills - a must
• Great communication skills, teamwork, collaboration and positive approach - a must
• Experience in the gaming industry - big advantage
