What will be your main challenges?
We are looking for an industry expert to shape a high-performing game of Voodoo Casual.
- Define a clear, cohesive creative vision for the game
- Create alignment around your creative vision, communicating with team members and stakeholders across all levels
- Lead a team of experienced game designers, creating processes and rituals which will enhance creativity and collaboration
- Work closely with the other craft leads and the casual leadership team to execute on the product & people strategy
- Pitch new game ideas and features to the team
- Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile game mechanics
- Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends
- Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior
- Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, logic, performance
What do we expect?
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a game designer
- You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience leading/supervising other game designers
- You have a proven track record for designing and shipping successful FTP games. Casual is a plus.
- Proven ability to work cross-crafts and to communicate a creative vision to a broad audience, from team members to Company stakeholders
- You have experience working on mobile games and f2p. Experience in casual is a plus.
- You combine a creative with a hacker mindset: you live at the intersection of creativity and pragmatism
- You have expertise in both Gameplay and Metagame design
What is your team about?
You will be part of a great team looking to create new experiences for our audience and directly report to the Head of Studio.
