The Senior Creative Director is expected to Lead creative vision through game play, visual style, story, audio assets and marketing materials and to represent the creative domain in the studio management. The right creative director will bring a mix of strong professional creative expertise and business understanding. We are looking for an expert with the ability to provide strategic leadership, drive consensus across different teams and shape the vision & future of our game.
Responsibilities
- Lead Creative as-a-whole (Visual, Sound, Copy, UX)
- Represent creative domain in the studio management
- Define creative short/long term strategy along with the creative directors of product & monetization & marketing
- Create professional guidelines to cross studio creative domains (e.g brand book)
- Lead Creative strategic projects/Cross studio projects
- Connect all creative units inbound and outbound, 360 view (communication, processes etc.)
- Retrospective analysis and drawing / sharing / implementing conclusions
- Strong creative infrastructure and new tools to improve creative performance
- Mentorship/enrichment/education
Requirements
- 7-10 years of related experience with 3+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting. Proved experience in gaming company – significant advantage
- Years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all creative units
- Proven experience with concept development
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Innovation and the ability to visualize a design or a campaign
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to instruct a team of expert artists and creative staff and oversee a project through all its stages. Leading through creative freedom and original designs
- Strong communication& collaboration abilities
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once
