We are looking for a Manager or Sr. Manager, Corporate Planning to join our Corporate Planning team. In this role you will be on the frontlines devising various strategies/plans from game business to Global CSO agenda, researching the related topics including market/customer/competitor trends, reviewing corporate performances and new business development opportunities such M&A or 3 rd party sourcing, and formulating key recommendations to executives so that the company can achieve its goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Role and responsibilitiesinclude at least the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Manage the team to perform deep dive analysis to understand/define business issues
- Devise proper frameworks for problem-solving
- Analyze internal data and KPIs across the company
- Research external data such as games, markets, customers, technologies, competitors’ status from general profile to long-term strategy
- Support the team to develop proper strategies and plans to meet the business target
- Communicate initiative findings to the team by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways
- Formulate and establish solution/policies/process based on the analysis, the research, and the feedback from stakeholders
- Manage ad-hoc projects
- Provide ad-hoc analysis/research across a broad range of industry topics
- Conduct ad-hoc projects as directed by executives and deliver key findings in a timely manner
- Execute and monitor the strategy/plan with stakeholders
WHAT YOU’ll NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- BA/BS degree or at least 5-7 years of equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experiences in strategic planning or project management
- High-level of integrity, dedication, and motivation; passion for video game industry
- Strong sense of ownership coupled with teamwork/collaboration experience
- Ability to deliver outcomes while managing multiple tasks
- Effective skills in Excel, Power Point, and quantitative analysis
NICE TO HAVE
- Excellent strategic thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving, as well as the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- MBA degree
- Bilingual (English and Korean)
