Corporate Communications Associate

As our Corporate Communications Associate you will drive forward the studios internal and external communications to best represent and uplift the CA brand.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior communications professional to take ownership of, and to look at creative ways to develop, the studio’s communications.
You will provide support to the Head of Corporate Communications, in line with the corporate comms strategy focusing on the quality and consistency of our internal communications. You will have a good understanding of audience demographics with the ability to adapt your communications accordingly. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing internal communications, writing copy for web and delivering social media strategy. Events management experience is a bonus.
You will also provide support to the Studio Content Producer, assisting with the creation of digital assets for internal print and social media using Adobe Photoshop.
You’ll need to be flexible and able to react quickly to priorities, providing key communications support to CA’s Operations Directorate; Studio Support and Facilities, HR and Recruitment, IT and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Head of Corporate Communications, you will produce snappy and engaging copy for internal communications and social media, speaking to varied audiences. You will also support the Studio Content Producer in creating 2D graphics for digital and print.
You will be embedded in studio life and best placed to seek out opportunities for creating new content which shows off our award-winning studio.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
Essential
- Experience writing copy for internal communications
- Track record in creating engaging content
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a desire for continuous improvement
Desirable
- Proven experience of delivering social media campaigns
- Wider experience of Adobe Creative Suites a bonus, but not essential
- Experience of working within a large creative organisation and working with marketing teams is preferred but not required
- Passionate and knowledgeable about our games
- Experience of working sensitively with long-standing IP heritage
