Coordinator QA (Publishing)

Within the context of our development, and for our Publishing business, QUANTIC DREAM wishes to recruit a person dedicated to coordination of QA activities on the various third party studio projects published as part of our Publishing business.

Under the responsibility of the Lead QA, and in conjunction with the Senior Publishing Producer, you will have responsibility for:

• Being the main point of contact on QA topics between QUANTIC DREAM and the third party studios with whom we collaborate;
• Carrying out tests on the games of partner studios published by QUANTIC DREAM on the various platforms involved;
• Setting up a bugfix priority and effective methods of working on various different databases;
• Coordinating collaboration with our external partners (including outsourcers) on QA tests through daily updates, reports and progress reports on all tests;
• Briefing the external QA teams assigned to our third party partner studios on the specific details of every publishing project.
• Providing QA expertise and an outsourcing strategy through various production levels;
• Estimating, prioritizing and synchronizing our QA efforts on third party projects;
• Flagging up obstacles and urgent matters to all parties involved;
• Ensuring that there is user feedback provided to the third party studios and to QUANTIC DREAM;
• Participating in drawing up and producing test plans;
• Sharing reports and statistics on a daily basis;
• Identifying risks and proposing solutions to complex problems;
• Helping the Lead to forecast needs and with project planning;
• Ensuring that the games published by QUANTIC DREAM maintain the highest quality standards;
• Validating the versions to be submitted to developers when projects are ready for launch, whilst respecting QUANTIC DREAM’s own quality criteria.

• You have a minimum of 5 years QA experience in the Video Games industry;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Excel;
• You have excellent knowledge of video game development;
• You have mastery of the creation and structuring of process and frameworks;
• You are able to adapt to the respective working cultures and environments of different third party studios;
• You have genuine interpersonal skills, and a strong desire for team-working and team spirit;
• Being a good communicator with the interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with various different contacts;
• You produce professional-quality reports;
• You have a great passion for video games, in particular projects by small studios and independents;
• You take a proactive approach and are self-motivated;
• Your creativity and practical approach help you to find and apply the best solutions;
• Excellent knowledge of English and French.
